Bigartta Marketplace Terms of Service

1. Project Scope

Each design order covers only the specific service selected (e.g. logo, flyer, social media post, etc.).

Any additional design requests or revisions beyond the stated scope may attract extra charges.

The client must provide all necessary content (text, logos, photos, brand guidelines) before work begins.
2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are stated in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of design service fees only.

Full payment is required before any work starts.

Payments can be made via M-Pesa, Bank Transfer, or other approved methods.
3. Turnaround Time

Turnaround time for all tasks is between 3–24hrs depending on the option selected by the client

Client feedback must be recieved within the time scope selected by the client
- All works are deemed final once the delivery time has lapsed
4. Revisions
-
Each design order includes up to two (2) free rounds of revisions.

Additional revisions or design direction changes after approval may be charged separately.

Revisions are limited to the initial concept and do not include complete redesigns unless agreed upon.
5. File Delivery

Final designs will be shared in digital formats (e.g. JPG, PNG, or PDF) via email, Google Drive Link or WhatsApp

Editable/source files (e.g. PSD, AI) are not provided to the client
6. Ownership & Usage Rights

The client receives usage rights for the final approved design.

Bigartta retains ownership of all design concepts and unused drafts.

Bigartta reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials unless confidentiality is requested in writing.
7. Cancellations & Refunds

Projects canceled before work begins are eligible for a 100% refund.

Projects canceled after design work has started are non-refundable, but unfinished work will not be used elsewhere.

If Bigartta Marketplace cannot complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances, partial refund of 90% of the total amount will be issued.
8. Communication

All project communication will be handled via email, WhatsApp, or our official phone number

Clients are encouraged to provide timely feedback to ensure smooth workflow and quick delivery.
9. Confidentiality

All client information, files, and project details will be treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of completing the project.
10. Limitation of Liability

Bigartta will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any delivered design.

It is the client’s responsibility to verify the accuracy and legality of all content (e.g., spelling, imagery, trademarks) before final approval.
11. Acceptance
By submitting an order, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
